3rd Annual Lip Sync Battle! A fundraiser for Women's Place

Posted 3 years ago by Toronto Charities / 93 views

Grab you girlfriends and your work buddies! Join us for a night of fun and laughs to help raise much needed funds for Women’s Place of South Niagara. Ask anyone who’s attended in the past, it is definitely a memorable evening!

Come out and see 8 of our local Niagara business owners and local support services battle it out on the silent microphone and witness the crowning of 2018’s Lip Sync Battle Champion! Your ticket purchase makes you an audience member where you’ll help chose the winner by applause! Get ready to dance and laugh! Past performances have included Freddie Mercury, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Katy Perry, Joan Jett, and Lady Gaga to name a few. This year I’m told we’ll have a Cher, Guns N Roses, maybe Taylor Swift? You CANNOT miss this!

Every year, hundreds of women and their children seek help and refuge at Women’s Place and they rely heavily on community support through events just like this to assist our neighbours during their time of need. Through the last two years of this event we have raised close to $7000! This year we intent on smashing that amount with a fundraising goal of $10,000! 100% of your ticket purchase goes directly to Women’s Place of South Niagara. This is made possible through our fabulous sponsors! Everyone who attends also has a chance to win great prizes! Our thank you to you for attending and supporting the event.

You don’t want to miss this incredible event at Niagara’s premiere event centre! Light food snacks and alcohol will be available for purchase. Free parking on site, thanks to our sponsors! **This is a 19 years of age or older event.
