Receive, Reflect, Reciprocate: Forest Bathing and Humber River Clean-Up

This event combines forest bathing and environmental stewardship along the Humber River. Participants begin with a guided nature walk at Weston Lions Park on October 25, 2026, designed to encourage mindfulness and connection with the natural environment. The afternoon includes climate-focused learning followed by a community clean-up of the Humber River, allowing attendees to directly contribute to local environmental conservation efforts.
