Repair Cafe: Calling All Fixers

Repair Cafe is a free community event hosted by Brampton Library where volunteers teach residents how to fix broken items instead of discarding them. The event promotes sustainability and reduces waste by extending the life of everyday goods. Participants can bring items needing repair and learn practical skills from experienced fixers, or volunteer as a fixer to share their expertise with the community. The cafe takes place on October 24, 2026 at Brampton Library, located at 65 Queen Street East.
