Zumba! with Fernanda

Heart Comonos hosts a free weekly Zumba fitness class led by instructor Fernanda. This community wellness event takes place at 67 Hillcrest Avenue in Mississauga and offers residents an accessible way to stay active while supporting the organization's mission. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome to attend the Thursday afternoon session.
