100 Strong Foundation

The 100 Strong Foundation provides educational support and mentorship to young people from underrepresented communities in York and across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization works to remove barriers to academic achievement through tutoring programs, scholarship funding, and career guidance. By connecting students with mentors from diverse professional backgrounds, the foundation helps participants develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue post-secondary education and meaningful careers. The foundation recognizes that systemic inequities often limit opportunities for capable young people and actively works to level the playing field through direct financial assistance and personalized guidance that extends beyond the classroom.
