The 876 Lincoln Alexander Squadron Sponsoring Committee supports air cadets in Toronto through the Air Cadet League of Canada Ontario Provincial Committee. The organization provides youth aged 12 to 18 with training in aviation, leadership, and military discipline through hands-on programs and mentorship. Air cadets learn to fly, study aerospace technology, develop teamwork skills, and build character through structured activities both on the ground and in the air. The squadron operates across the GTA, offering young people opportunities to explore careers in aviation and defence while fostering confidence and civic responsibility.
