Art with a Heart Inc.

Art with a Heart Inc. provides art classes and creative programming to vulnerable and marginalized youth throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The organization uses visual arts, music, and other creative practices to help young people build confidence, develop social skills, and process trauma or difficult life circumstances. Classes take place in Whitby and surrounding communities, offering free or low-cost access to ensure that financial barriers don't prevent participation. Instructors work with small groups to create a supportive environment where students can express themselves and discover their artistic abilities. The charity serves youth in foster care, those experiencing homelessness, children in low-income households, and others facing systemic barriers. By combining structured art instruction with mentorship and emotional support, Art with a Heart Inc. helps young people find pathways toward stability and hope.
