ArtBridges

ArtBridges makes visual art accessible to young people facing barriers to cultural participation across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. The organization runs studio programs, workshops, and community exhibitions that give children and youth from low-income households, newcomer families, and marginalized communities the chance to create, learn, and share their work. Through partnerships with schools and community centers, ArtBridges provides free art materials, instruction, and exhibition opportunities that help participants develop creative skills and build confidence. The charity believes that arts engagement matters for youth development and that cultural participation should not depend on a family's ability to pay.
