ARTISTS AGAINST RACISM

Artists Against Racism uses creative expression and artistic practice to challenge racism and promote equity across Toronto and the GTA. The organization engages visual artists, musicians, performers, and other creatives to produce public events, exhibitions, workshops, and community projects that spark conversation about race, identity, and belonging. Through collaborative art-making and cultural programming, the group brings together people from different backgrounds to build understanding and solidarity. The organization supports emerging and established artists from racialized communities while creating accessible spaces where residents can explore these critical social issues through creativity rather than lecture format.
