Avanti Foundation

Avanti Foundation works to improve the quality of life for vulnerable populations across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area through direct service provision and community partnership. The foundation supports programs addressing poverty, homelessness, food insecurity, and lack of access to education and employment opportunities. Operating as a public foundation, Avanti directs resources toward grassroots organizations and initiatives that serve low-income individuals and families, with particular focus on marginalized communities including newcomers, racialized groups, and people experiencing systemic barriers. The foundation believes that lasting change requires both immediate relief and longer-term capacity building within communities. By funding and collaborating with local nonprofits, Avanti aims to strengthen the social infrastructure that enables people to meet their basic needs and build stable lives.
