B.A.A.N.N. THEATRE CENTRE

B.A.A.N.N. Theatre Centre produces and presents theatrical work that reflects the experiences and stories of Black artists and communities in Toronto. The organization creates performance opportunities for Black theatre makers while building audiences through productions that center Black voices, histories, and perspectives. Beyond producing plays and performances, B.A.A.N.N. offers training and development programs for emerging Black theatre artists, helping them build careers in the performing arts. The theatre operates as both a creative hub and a cultural institution, working to increase representation on stage and behind the scenes across the Greater Toronto Area's arts landscape. Through its productions and programming, B.A.A.N.N. contributes to a more inclusive theatre sector while creating meaningful cultural experiences for diverse audiences.
