The Canadian Council of Business Leaders Against Anti-Black Systemic Racism
The Canadian Council of Business Leaders Against Anti-Black Systemic Racism mobilizes executives and business professionals to identify and dismantle anti-Black racism within corporate structures, supply chains, and industry practices. Working across Toronto and beyond, the council conducts research on workplace discrimination, develops anti-racism frameworks for member organizations, and advocates for policy changes that address systemic barriers facing Black employees and entrepreneurs. Members commit to implementing accountability measures, diversifying leadership pipelines, and redirecting investment toward Black-owned businesses. The organization bridges the gap between corporate responsibility and meaningful action by providing business leaders with tools, data, and peer networks needed to effect real change in their sectors.
