CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals

The CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals provides career development, mentorship, and professional networking opportunities for Black youth and young adults in the Greater Toronto Area. The organization offers resume workshops, interview preparation, skill-building programs, and connections to employers actively seeking diverse talent. CEE also facilitates peer mentorship where experienced Black professionals guide younger members through career transitions and workplace challenges. The centre operates in Scarborough and across the GTA, recognizing that systemic barriers often limit access to professional networks and opportunity information for young Black people. By combining practical career training with relationship-building and community support, CEE works to increase representation of Black professionals across sectors and help members build sustainable careers.
