CETFA Foundation / Fondation CETFA

CETFA Foundation provides legal aid and support to survivors of human trafficking and labour exploitation in Toronto and across Ontario. The organization offers free legal services to help survivors navigate immigration proceedings, access compensation, and obtain protective orders. CETFA also works to prevent trafficking through education and awareness programs, and advocates for systemic changes to better protect vulnerable populations. The foundation serves survivors from diverse backgrounds who have experienced abuse in contexts including domestic work, agriculture, manufacturing, and commercial sexual exploitation. By combining direct legal representation with community outreach and policy work, CETFA addresses both the immediate needs of survivors and the broader conditions that enable trafficking to occur.
