CONGREGATION TIFERES YAAKOV

Congregation Tiferes Yaakov operates an animal welfare program that provides veterinary care, shelter, and adoption services for cats and dogs across North York and the surrounding GTA. The organization works to rescue animals from difficult circumstances, offer medical treatment and rehabilitation, and find them permanent homes with caring families. Through a combination of direct care at their facilities and partnerships with local veterinarians, the congregation addresses urgent animal health needs while promoting responsible pet ownership in the community. Volunteers and donors support the daily operations that keep the shelter functioning and enable staff to help hundreds of animals each year.
