DAC FOUNDATION FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

DAC Foundation for People with Special Needs provides support and resources to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities across Toronto and the GTA. The foundation offers programs that address essential needs including housing assistance, employment support, recreational activities, and life skills training. Staff and volunteers work directly with clients to identify barriers to independence and community participation, then connect them with practical services and advocacy. DAC Foundation recognizes that people with special needs often face gaps in available support, so the organization fills those gaps by offering direct programming alongside coordination with existing social services. The foundation serves children, youth, and adults, working with families and caregivers to build sustainable pathways toward greater autonomy and social inclusion.
