Durham District School Board Charitable Trust

The Durham District School Board Charitable Trust distributes grants and donations to support educational initiatives across the Durham Region and surrounding areas. The trust funds programs that enhance student learning, provide school-based mental health services, support equipment and technology purchases, and expand extracurricular opportunities for young people in underserved communities. By supplementing public education funding, the organization helps schools in Whitby and beyond access resources that might otherwise be unavailable, from science labs to sports equipment to counselling services.
