GRANDVIEW CHILDREN'S FOUNDATION

Grandview Children's Foundation operates a residential and day treatment centre in Oshawa serving children and youth with complex behavioural and mental health needs. The foundation provides therapeutic programming, education support, and crisis intervention to help young people stabilize and develop coping skills. Staff work with families across the Greater Toronto Area to address trauma, anxiety, depression, and behaviour challenges through evidence-based practices. The foundation accepts children through referrals from child protective services, schools, and healthcare providers, offering both short-term crisis care and longer-term residential placements. Beyond direct care, Grandview advocates for improved mental health services for vulnerable youth and trains professionals in trauma-informed approaches to child and adolescent treatment.
