THE HARBINGER FOUNDATION

The Harbinger Foundation distributes grants to community organizations across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area that address poverty, homelessness, and food insecurity. The foundation identifies nonprofits working directly with vulnerable populations and provides funding to expand their programs and reach.
