Help A Girl Out

Help A Girl Out provides menstrual products and sexual health education to girls and women in Brampton and surrounding communities who lack access to these essential resources. The organization recognizes that period poverty affects school attendance, health outcomes, and quality of life, and works to remove barriers by distributing free pads, tampons, and period underwear while also offering workshops on menstrual health, consent, and sexual wellness. Through partnerships with schools, community centers, and local organizations across the GTA, Help A Girl Out ensures that financial hardship does not prevent girls from managing their periods with dignity. The charity also advocates for broader policy changes to address systemic gaps in menstrual product availability.
