I Have Resolve Foundation

I Have Resolve Foundation provides counselling and mental health support services to youth and young adults across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. The foundation offers accessible therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and peer support programs designed to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges affecting young people. Working with schools, community organizations, and families, the foundation removes barriers to care by offering services regardless of ability to pay. I Have Resolve Foundation recognizes that early intervention and consistent support can significantly improve outcomes for struggling youth, and operates with the understanding that mental health care should be available to everyone who needs it, not just those with financial resources.
