Inforce Foundation

Inforce Foundation provides education and employment support to underrepresented youth across the Greater Toronto Area, with operations based in Ajax. The foundation identifies young people facing barriers to opportunity, then connects them with mentorship, skills training, and job placement assistance. Through partnerships with schools and employers, Inforce Foundation helps participants build practical experience in fields from trades to technology. The organization works directly with students from grades 9 through post-secondary, creating pathways toward stable employment and economic independence. By bridging the gap between education and the workforce, the foundation addresses persistent gaps in opportunity for youth who might otherwise lack access to these resources.
