INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF AIDS SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS (ICASO)

The International Council of AIDS Service Organizations connects and supports community-led responses to HIV and AIDS across more than 140 countries. Based in Toronto, ICASO works with grassroots organizations, advocates, and people living with HIV to strengthen their capacity through training, networking, and resource sharing. The organization focuses on amplifying the voices of those most affected by the epidemic, particularly in underserved regions where local organizations lack access to funding and technical support. ICASO convenes global communities through conferences and working groups, facilitates knowledge exchange between organizations, and advocates for policies that prioritize human rights and community leadership in HIV response. By building networks and sharing expertise, ICASO helps strengthen the organizations on the frontlines of the AIDS response worldwide.
