JOBSTART

JOBSTART helps young people in Etobicoke and across the Greater Toronto Area find stable employment through job training, placement services, and ongoing support. The organization works with youth aged 15 to 29 who face barriers to work, including those experiencing homelessness, living in poverty, or dealing with mental health and addiction challenges. JOBSTART staff provide skills training, resume writing assistance, interview preparation, and job coaching to help participants secure positions and maintain employment. The organization also connects employers with qualified candidates, building pathways into the local labor market while addressing youth unemployment in underserved communities.
