JOHN HOWARD SOCIETY OF TORONTO

The John Howard Society of Toronto provides support and advocacy for people involved with the criminal justice system, with a focus on reducing reoffending and helping individuals reintegrate into their communities. The organization offers counseling, employment assistance, housing support, and life skills training to people with criminal records who are working toward positive change. Through community-based programs and partnerships across Toronto and the GTA, the society helps formerly incarcerated individuals and those at risk of involvement with the criminal justice system access the resources they need to rebuild their lives. The organization also works to address systemic barriers and advocate for policies that promote fairness within the justice system.
