JUMBLIES THEATRE
Jumblies Theatre creates and produces theatrical works that centre the voices and stories of young people from marginalized communities across Toronto. The organization uses performance-based arts to help youth develop confidence, artistic skills, and critical thinking while telling their own narratives on stage. Through devised theatre, workshops, and mentorship programs, Jumblies works with children and teens who have experienced poverty, displacement, racism, or other systemic barriers. The company believes that theatre is a powerful tool for healing and self-expression, and that young people deserve spaces where their perspectives shape the creative work. Jumblies' productions have reached thousands of audience members in schools, community centres, and theatres throughout the GTA, offering both performers and viewers the chance to engage with stories that reflect the diversity and resilience of Toronto's youth.
