THE JUR-ED FOUNDATION
The Jur-Ed Foundation provides legal education and advocacy support to underserved communities across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. The organization offers workshops, training programs, and direct legal guidance to help residents understand their rights, navigate the justice system, and access resources they might otherwise be unable to afford. By combining education with community outreach, Jur-Ed works to reduce barriers between vulnerable populations and the legal services they need. The foundation addresses gaps in legal literacy that disproportionately affect low-income families, recent immigrants, and other marginalized groups, empowering them to advocate for themselves in matters ranging from housing disputes to employment rights.
