LAUREMONT SCHOOL

Lauremont School operates a specialized educational and residential program for children and youth with complex developmental and behavioral needs across the GTA. The school provides individualized academic instruction, therapeutic services, and 24-hour care in a safe residential setting. Staff members work with students who have experienced trauma, developmental delays, mental health challenges, or significant behavioral difficulties to build foundational skills in learning, self-regulation, and social interaction. Lauremont's approach combines classroom education with counseling, life skills training, and family support services. The organization helps young people stabilize their circumstances and develop the tools needed to transition to less restrictive environments and community living. By addressing both educational and emotional needs, Lauremont supports some of Richmond Hill's most vulnerable youth.
