LIFELINE FOUNDATION
Lifeline Foundation provides funding and support to artists and cultural organizations across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area who face barriers to traditional sources of financing. The organization distributes grants, emergency assistance, and capacity-building resources to help individual creators and cultural groups sustain their work and reach audiences in the region. Rather than focusing on large institutions, Lifeline Foundation prioritizes emerging and underrepresented voices in music, visual arts, theatre, dance, and other creative fields. By removing financial obstacles, the foundation helps ensure that cultural expression flourishes beyond the limitations of geography, economic background, or established networks. The organization works directly with artists to understand their needs and provides flexible funding that can support everything from production costs to artist fees to administrative development.
