M4BJ

M4BJ works to reduce the cycle of poverty and incarceration in Toronto by supporting people with criminal records to access employment and stable housing. The organization provides job training, placement services, and wraparound support to help formerly incarcerated individuals rebuild their lives and reintegrate into their communities. M4BJ partners with employers and service providers to create pathways to meaningful work while addressing the systemic barriers that people with records face in the job market. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term stability, the organization helps individuals move forward and reduce the likelihood of returning to the criminal justice system.
