THE MIKEY NETWORK

The Mikey Network operates a community arts studio in Willowdale where young people, particularly those facing barriers to access, create and perform visual art, music, theatre, and film. The organization provides free classes, materials, and performance opportunities to build artistic skills and confidence. Beyond instruction, the studio functions as a gathering space where youth develop friendships, explore identity, and gain mentorship from professional artists. The Mikey Network serves hundreds of young people across Toronto and the GTA annually, removing cost as a barrier to creative expression and helping participants discover their artistic voice.
