Momentum Foundation

Momentum Foundation works to strengthen communities across the Greater Toronto Area by providing grants and resources to local organizations addressing poverty, health inequities, and social isolation. The foundation supports nonprofits that serve vulnerable populations including seniors, newcomers, and low-income families through funding for essential services, capacity building, and collaborative initiatives. Based in Richmond Hill, Momentum Foundation identifies funding gaps in the GTA and directs resources toward proven programs that create lasting change at the neighborhood level. The foundation prioritizes transparency in its grantmaking process and partners with community leaders to understand local needs and measure outcomes.
