MOOD DISORDERS ASSOCIATION OF ONTARIO & TORONTO

The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario and Toronto provides support, education, and advocacy for people living with depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization runs peer support groups, offers educational workshops, and distributes resources to help individuals and families understand mood disorders and access treatment. Through its programs, the association connects people experiencing similar challenges, reduces stigma surrounding mental health conditions, and partners with healthcare providers and community organizations to improve access to care. The charity also advocates for policy changes that address gaps in mental health services and support.
