My MS Family

My MS Family provides arts and culture programming for people living with multiple sclerosis and their families across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization recognizes that creative expression and cultural engagement offer meaningful ways to build community, reduce isolation, and improve quality of life for those navigating an MS diagnosis. Through classes, workshops, performances, and social events centered on music, visual arts, theater, and other creative practices, My MS Family creates spaces where participants can connect with others who understand their experiences while exploring their artistic interests. The organization is based in Richmond Hill and serves individuals of all ages and artistic abilities, removing barriers to participation so that people with MS can continue engaging with the arts and culture that enriches their lives.
