Naseeha Youth Helpline
Legal name: NASEEHA YOUTH HELPLINE
Naseeha Youth Helpline operates a confidential phone and text service for young people across the Greater Toronto Area who are struggling with personal issues, family conflict, mental health concerns, or peer pressure. Trained volunteers provide non-judgmental support and crisis intervention to callers aged 13 to 19, helping them navigate difficult situations and connect with appropriate resources. The helpline is staffed by youth and adults who understand the challenges facing adolescents in Mississauga and surrounding communities. Services are free and accessible 24/7, with multilingual support available. Beyond direct counseling, the helpline conducts outreach in schools and community centers to raise awareness about mental health and available support services for young people in crisis.
