OPERATION CATCH-UP

Operation Catch-Up provides academic support and mentorship to students who have fallen behind in their studies across North York and the surrounding GTA. The organization pairs struggling learners with trained volunteers who offer one-on-one tutoring in core subjects like math, English, and science, helping students rebuild confidence and catch up to grade level. Beyond academics, volunteers act as positive role models, offering encouragement and accountability as students work toward graduation. The program focuses on students from low-income families who may lack access to private tutoring or have unstable home environments that hinder learning. By addressing educational gaps early, Operation Catch-Up helps young people stay on track and improve their chances of completing high school and pursuing further education.
