OSSTF HUMANITY FUND

The OSSTF Humanity Fund distributes grants to organizations across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area that address poverty, homelessness, food insecurity, and other urgent community needs. Established by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, the foundation provides financial support to grassroots nonprofits and charities working directly with vulnerable populations. The fund prioritizes projects that offer immediate relief while building long-term capacity within communities. By directing resources toward established and emerging organizations, the OSSTF Humanity Fund helps strengthen the social safety net in the region, supporting services ranging from shelter provision to job training programs to emergency assistance for families in crisis.
