Project iRISE
Project iRISE provides mentorship and leadership development programs for young people in East York and surrounding areas of the GTA who face systemic barriers to opportunity. The organization pairs youth with trained mentors who offer guidance on education, career planning, and personal growth through one-on-one relationships and group workshops. Participants gain access to skill-building activities, post-secondary preparation support, and networking connections with professionals. By focusing on youth aged 13 to 24, Project iRISE works to break cycles of poverty and limited opportunity through sustained mentorship that builds confidence and expands horizons. The program emphasizes practical support alongside emotional encouragement, helping young people navigate challenges and develop the networks and knowledge needed to pursue their goals.
