RECONNECT HEALTH SERVICES

Reconnect Health Services provides arts and culture programs designed to improve mental health and social connection among vulnerable populations in North York and across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization uses visual arts, music, performance, and creative writing as therapeutic tools, working with individuals experiencing isolation, mental illness, and life transitions. Participants engage in group classes, workshops, and community events that foster creativity while building meaningful relationships with peers and facilitators. By combining artistic expression with peer support, Reconnect Health Services helps people rebuild confidence, process difficult experiences, and develop stronger social networks.
