SGNC FOUNDATION

SGNC Foundation distributes grants to community organizations throughout Toronto and the GTA that address poverty, health inequities, and social isolation. The foundation identifies nonprofits working on the ground with vulnerable populations and provides funding to strengthen their capacity and expand their reach. By supporting direct service delivery in areas like food security, mental health, housing support, and youth development, SGNC Foundation helps local charities sustain critical programs that might otherwise face gaps in funding. The foundation works with organizations of all sizes, from established agencies to emerging grassroots groups, recognizing that effective community change often happens through established networks and trusted local leaders.
