SHAMBA Foundation

SHAMBA Foundation operates community programs in Toronto that build skills and create economic opportunities for marginalized adults and youth. Through vocational training, mentorship, and employment support services, the foundation helps participants develop practical abilities and gain stable work. The organization works across the GTA to connect people with barriers to employment, including those experiencing homelessness and recent immigrants, to pathways toward self-sufficiency. SHAMBA also develops community partnerships that strengthen local economic inclusion efforts and provide wraparound support during training and job placement phases.
