The Sharing Foundation

The Sharing Foundation distributes essential household items and furniture to families and individuals experiencing financial hardship across the Greater Toronto Area. The organization collects donations of gently used goods, restores and refurbishes items as needed, and delivers them directly to people who cannot afford to purchase these necessities. By providing mattresses, kitchen tables, clothing, and other basics, the foundation helps reduce barriers to stability and dignity for low-income households in North York and surrounding communities. The work addresses the gap between what people need to establish or maintain a home and what they can afford on limited incomes.
