Springboard to Music

Springboard to Music provides free music instruction and instruments to children and youth in Scarborough who would not otherwise have access to music education. The organization offers group and individual lessons across various instruments, from piano and guitar to drums and violin, taught by qualified instructors in community spaces and schools. By removing financial barriers, Springboard to Music helps young people develop musical skills, build confidence, and discover creative outlets. Students participate in performances and ensemble opportunities that build community and showcase their progress. The program serves children from low-income families throughout the Greater Toronto Area, recognizing music education as essential to youth development and well-being.
