Team Rubicon Canada recruits, trains, and deploys military veterans to respond to disasters and support community resilience across Canada. The organization pairs veterans with skilled volunteers to provide rapid humanitarian assistance during emergencies, from flooding and wildfires to other crises. Operating from Mississauga and across the GTA, Team Rubicon Canada gives former service members meaningful ways to serve their communities while addressing critical gaps in disaster response and recovery. Veterans gain purpose and connection through hands-on work that draws on their training, while affected communities receive immediate, capable support when they need it most.
