Toronto Achievement Centre provides employment support and skills training for people with intellectual disabilities across Toronto and the GTA. The organization helps participants develop job readiness skills, connect with local employers, and secure meaningful employment in the community. Through individualized coaching, workplace mentoring, and ongoing support, Toronto Achievement Centre removes barriers that prevent people with intellectual disabilities from finding and maintaining work. The centre works with both job seekers and employers to build inclusive hiring practices and create pathways to economic independence and social inclusion.
