TORONTO HOSTELS TRAINING CENTRE

IDEA Training Collaborative, operating as Toronto Hostels Training Centre, provides employment training and skills development for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity across Toronto and the GTA. The organization runs hands-on programs in hospitality, food services, construction, and other trades, pairing classroom instruction with work placements that help participants build job experience and earn income. By connecting trainees with employers who actively hire graduates, the centre removes barriers to employment that often trap people in cycles of poverty and instability.
