VISIONLEDD

VisionLEDD provides support and advocacy for people with developmental disabilities across the GTA and beyond. The organization offers employment services, skills training, and community integration programs that help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve greater independence and participate fully in their communities. VisionLEDD also works with families to provide respite care, counseling, and educational resources. Operating in Burlington and serving the greater Toronto area, the organization combines direct support services with systemic advocacy to address gaps in accessibility and inclusion. Staff and volunteers work alongside clients to identify goals and build pathways toward meaningful employment, education, and social participation.
