WAR CHILD CANADA

War Child Canada provides immediate and long-term health and psychosocial support to children affected by armed conflict in East Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East. The organization delivers medical care, mental health counseling, and trauma recovery programs to children living in refugee camps, conflict zones, and post-conflict communities. Working in partnership with local health workers and community organizations, War Child Canada addresses the physical and emotional wounds of war through clinical services, training programs, and advocacy. Based in Toronto, the charity recognizes that children exposed to violence face severe barriers to healing and development, and works to restore their health, stability, and hope for the future.
