Youth Rising Above

Youth Rising Above provides mentorship, skills training, and support services to young people facing systemic barriers in Toronto. The organization works with youth from low-income backgrounds, those in the child welfare system, and others navigating difficult circumstances to help them develop confidence, practical abilities, and pathways toward stable employment and education. Through one-on-one mentoring relationships, workshops in financial literacy and job readiness, and connections to community resources, Youth Rising Above helps participants build stronger futures. The charity recognizes that young people with proper guidance and investment can overcome significant obstacles and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
