ACE Mentor Program of Canada
ACE Mentor Program of Canada connects high school students with professionals working in architecture, construction, and engineering through mentorship and hands-on learning. The program matches students with mentors who guide them through real-world projects, site visits, and career exploration in the design and building industries. Operating across Canada including chapters in the Greater Toronto Area, ACE introduces young people to career pathways they might not otherwise discover and helps them build skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and technical thinking. The program is free for students and serves those from all backgrounds, with particular focus on increasing diversity in fields where women and underrepresented groups remain underrepresented. By fostering direct relationships between students and professionals, ACE helps students make informed decisions about post-secondary education and careers while addressing the industry's need for a diverse pipeline of future talent.
